Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Removing Existing Pipes with Lead and Advancing Clean Environments Act'' or the ``REPLACE Act''. TITLE I--HOUSING LEAD HAZARD REMEDIATION AND PRESERVATION SEC. 101. MODERNIZATION OF EXISTING LEAD-BASED PAINT HAZARD REDUCTION GRANT PROGRAM.
