Dominiack maintained a nearby parking spot “by the alley” for which she paid a monthly fee. Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 42. In order to reach the CountyCity Building, where her office was located, Dominiack frequently cut across an adjacent parking lot that was owned by the City.
