At that time, he was serving a sentence via community corrections in Decatur County. As a result, a warrant was issued for Woodward’s arrest. GPS data established that Woodward spent time at his mother’s house on March 2 and then moved toward St. Paul, Indiana. Woodward was arrested soon thereafter at a storage unit in St. Paul.
