J.C.W. was born in November 2015, to Mother and J.W. 1 (“Father”). On June
19, 2016, DCS received a report that Mother left J.C.W. “alone in the home of
his maternal grandmother.” Ex. Vol. I p. 82. DCS was unable to locate or
