Daugherty rented the home from Ringer, and Casual acted as the property manager for Ringer. On March 28, 2014, Daugherty was injured when she fell off the porch on the house, which she alleges was deteriorating due to the negligence of Ringer and Casual. Daugherty filed her initial complaint alleging negligence on April 16, 2015.
