In the early morning hours, J.N. was getting ready to leave for work and learned that Harper “was having someone else come over to the cabin after [she] left[.]” Tr. Vol. II p. 26. J.N. told Harper that he should pack his things and leave. Harper became “angry” and threw J.N. “across the room onto the bed.” Id. at 26-27. Harper got on top of J.N.
