Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Office of the Secretary salaries and expenses (including transfer of funds) For necessary expenses of the Office of the Secretary, $218,142,000, to remain available until September 30, 2028: Provided, That of the sums appropriated under this heading-- (1) $3,836,000 shall be available for the immediate Office of the Secretary; (2) $1,374,000 shall be available for the immediate Office of the Deputy Secretary; (3) $26,963,000 shall be available for the Office of the General Counsel; (4) $21,293,000 shall be available for the Office of the Under Secretary of Transportation for Policy, of which $5,016,000 i
