Neal lived in the front bedroom, which has a window facing the street; Hobbs lived in another bedroom; and Hinton lived in the basement. That night, Neal was “very irate” when she learned that Hobbs was selling the house and that Neal would have to find another place to live. Tr. Vol. II p. 126.
