Wife was employed as a teacher during the marriage, and Wife participated in the INPRS Pension throughout her employment. Husband initially owned a plumbing company, but approximately eight years ago, he began part-time employment at an excavating company. Although Husband is capable of working full-time, he chooses to work part-time “[b]ecause [Wife’s] retirement was so much . . . .” Tr. Vol. II p. 137. In July 2020, Wife filed a petition for dissolution of marriage.
