AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AN EDUCATOR AND EDUCATION STAFF BILL OF RIGHTS.

This act creates an educator and education staff bill of rights relating to their educational work in the course of their employment.
