State of Indiana ── Case No.: 22A-CR-02210 Court: Indiana Court of Appeals Date: May 11, 2023 Author: Judge Elizabeth Tavitas County of Origin: Dearborn Category: Criminal Decision: Affirmed Judge Vaidik and Judge Foley concur In October 2020, Hammann pleaded guilty to identity deception, a Level 6 felony; intimidation, a Level 6 felony; and admitted to being an habitual offender. 1 The trial court sentenced Hammann to six years with three years suspended to probation. Hammann’s conditions of probation included a prohibition on consuming alcohol and illegal controlled substances and a prohibition on committing additional criminal offenses. When Hammann was released, his probation was transferred to Ohio.
