On September 30, 2021, the supervision of Creighton’s probation was transferred to Ohio. On June 28, 2022, the State filed a probation violation petition, which alleged that Creighton “has failed to report to the supervising authorities in Ohio . . . .” Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 93.
