Johnson was interested in purchasing the Property, and he wrote a letter to Larkins asking for “a 24 month period . . . to get this financed.” Ex. Vol. III p. 3. On May 17, 2016, Johnson drafted and the parties signed a “Contract for Deed” (“Contract”) regarding the sale of the Property. Id. at 4.
