Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Payouts for Political Insiders Act''. SEC. 2. RESTRICTIONS ON PAYMENTS PURSUANT TO THE ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND. (a) In General.--Section 1304 of title 31, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by adding at the end the following: ``(e) No funds shall be authorized for a judgment, award, compromise settlement, interest, or costs for payments administered under the Anti-Weaponization Fund arising pursuant to the settlement agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, No. 1:26-cv-20609 (S.D. Fla.) to: ``(1) The President. ``(2) The Vice President. ``(3) Any individual employed by the principal campaign committee, authorized committee, or a connected organization (as those terms are defined in section 301 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (52 U.S.C. 30101)) of the President or Vice President. ``(4) Any other covered executive branch official, as defined in section 3 of the Lobbying Disclosure Act (2 U.S.C. 1602). ``(5) A United States Senator, a Representative in Congress, a Delegate to Congress, or the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico. ``(6) An off
