Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Deport the Terrorists Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. DENATURALIZATION FOR TERRORIST OFFENSES. Section 340(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1451(e)) is amended-- (1) by striking ``When a person shall be convicted'' and inserting the following: ``(1) In general.--When a person shall be convicted''; and (2) by adding at the end the following: ``(2) Terrorist offenses.-- ``(A) In general.--When a person shall be convicted of a terrorism-related offense, the court in which such conviction is had shall thereupon revoke, set aside, and declare void the final order admitting such person to citizenship, and shall declare the certificate of naturalization of such person to be canceled. Jurisdiction is hereby conferred on the courts having jurisdiction of the trial of such offence to make such adjudication. ``(B) Terrorism-related offense.--For purposes of this paragraph, the term `terrorism-related offense' means-- ``(i) an offense under section 2332a of title 18, United States Code; ``(ii) an offense under section 2332b of title 18, United States Code; `
