Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Section 1. This Act may be cited as the ``Florida Freeze Disaster Assistance Act of 2026''. Sec. 2. The following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, for an additional amount for ``Office of the Secretary'' of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, $3,500,000,000, to remain available until expended, for the Secretary of Agriculture to provide assistance in the form of block grant
