Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Edwards v. Cap. One, No. 1:25-cv-01099-MSN-WBP (E.D. Va. July 28, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED * Edwards has also filed a motion to file a subpoena. We deny the motion. 2
