Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Preventing Trafficking of Minors Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENT TO COERCION AND ENTICEMENT STATUTE. Section 2422 of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subsection (b), by striking ``Whoever, using the mail or any facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce, or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States knowingly persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any individual who has not attained the age of 18 years, to engage in prostitution or any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so'' and inserting the following: ``Whoever, using the mail or any facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce (including the telephone or internet), or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, knowingly-- ``(1) persuades, induces, entices, or coerces any individual who has not attained
