Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Arlington National Cemetery Viewshed Protection Act''. SEC. 2. RESTRICTION ON TRIUMPHAL ARCHES IN THE CAPITAL REGION. (a) Lady Bird Johnson Park, District of Columbia.-- (1) In general.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the establishment or construction of a triumphal arch within Lady Bird Johnson Park is prohibited, without regard to the source of funds for such establishment or construction. (2) Prohibition on funds.--No Federal funds may be made available for the establishment or construction of a triumphal arch within Lady Bird Johnson Park.
