Regional Authorities and Special Districts - As introduced, increases, from three to four consecutive weeks, the amount of time that notice of a public hearing to determine whether a central business improvement district will be established must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 13; Title 65; Title 67; Title 68 and Title 69.
