Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - As introduced, allows the comptroller of the treasury to investigate the operations of rural hospitals and facilitate the transfer of the ownership and operations of government-owned rural hospitals that have failed or are abandoned. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 6; Title 8; Title 56; Title 67; Title 68 and Title 71.
