Albert had three daughters: Donna, Rhonda, and Jean, who is Roberson’s mother. According to Donna, Albert and Jean were “estranged,” and Albert had no relationship with Roberson. Tr. Vol. I p. 206. Albert owned and lived in the Anderson house, where he collected Native American artwork, artifacts, and other items.
