The State charged Minnick with intimidation, a Level 5 felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and three counts of criminal mischief, Class B misdemeanors. Minnick was later found to be incompetent to stand trial, and the trial court committed Minnick to the Division of Mental Health.
