Neitzel died intestate in April 2012. According to Tafelski, prior to Neitzel’s death, Salmon paid Neitzel $100.00 in exchange for Neitzel’s shares in Pozzo Truck Center, Inc. and Pozzo Illinois, Inc. (collectively, “Pozzo”).
