Several of these children have been the subject of CHINS petitions, and Parents have a history of hostility toward DCS and failure to cooperate with DCS. This particular case concerns only N.E.’s status as a CHINS. On October 14, 2021, DCS filed a petition alleging that N.E. was a CHINS (“First Petition”).
