Authorizes the adoption of a rule permitting the use of the Korean war veterans parkway in Richmond county by certain commercial vehicles

Authorizes the New York city department of transportation to adopt a rule permitting the use of the Korean war veterans parkway in Richmond county by single unit commercial vehicles having no more than two axles and six tires.
