Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Deputy Conner Lefever observed Kennedy change lanes without signaling and clocked Kennedy’s vehicle at 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. Deputy Lefever stopped Kennedy’s car and approached the vehicle to speak with Kennedy.
