The children had been living with Kristi Schaden and her daughter, Erika, in foster care due to an unrelated Department of Child Services (“DCS”) matter. K.H. was six or seven years old at the time. In approximately September of that year, when K.H. was showering in the bathroom, Hobbs entered and began “looking” at her, which made her “uncomfortable.” Tr. Vol. III p. 163. K.H.
