Scott committed this offense in the early morning hours of August 24, 2013, when Scott and several other individuals followed a man named David Parr from a strip club to a neighborhood, and Scott brutally attacked and stabbed Parr. The attack was in “retaliation” for a “negative situation” that occurred between Scott and Parr when they were previously incarcerated together. Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 42.
