The children often spent the night with Setlak, who would feed and bathe the children. [4] In the fall of 2017, L.B.’s mother (“Mother”) was changing two-year-old L.B.’s diaper when she noticed that L.B.’s anal and vaginal areas were red and that there was a discharge coming from the child’s vagina.
