The underlying facts were set forth, in part, in a related appeal in this matter in Cause No. 60C02-2007-PL250 (the “underlying litigation”): In August 2019, the Hendrixes were living in a home in Gosport, Indiana (“the Gosport house”), which they had owned since 1997.
