On May 11, 2018, Appellants were involved in a car accident with Melissa
Bolen. According to the complaint, Bolen rear-ended Appellants’ vehicle,
which resulted in significant injuries to Vaughn and less severe injuries to
Ybarra. Appellants filed a complaint for damages against Bolen on September
25, 2018.
