And that's, I think the reality here is that Putin is doing this for the same reason, Donald Trump tweets how he's going to annihilate Iran. How he's going to destroy their whole civilization. It's because these guys are authoritarians and they have the same basic negotiating tools in their toolkit, which is threats and rewards. There's no reward that Putin can possibly offer, Kiev, the government. And so he has to resort to threats. But without any credible threats left, he has to resort to non credible threats. Again, this is why the Iranians basically gave no fox when President Trump tweeted that he was going to flatten their civilization. It's because they said, listen, you're not going to like you're just, this is transparently not a credible threat you're going to follow through on. And if the US had the capability to, to bomb Iran to the Stone Age, they would have done it in the first 13,000 missions. Just like if in the same vein, if Putin had the capacity to annihilate Kiev's decision-making centers and in a way that they were willing to do, right? They would have done so. They would have done so in year in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026. They had, they've had four and a half years to annihilate Kiev's decision-making centers. It hasn't happened because they don't have the capacity to do it. As discussed, that a Russianic missile probably cost Russia. I'm going to say tens maybe hundreds of millions of dollars to develop launch. And in exchange, they destroyed like a Ukrainian coffee shop and kill the flower vendor. And again, the right number of people to be killed in these strikes is zero. But in terms of Russian military effects, they were basically negligible. They're really insane part. And this is exactly what we would expect from Lavrov and from Marco Rubio, frankly, is that the Russians called the Americans and said, you better get your people out because we can't protect your embassy. We're going to strike your embassy. Remember, Russia said we're going to target decision-making centers. So it implies they have a target list that they believe they can hit decision-making centers and that they believe or they're operating with the fiction that their weapons can hit decision-making centers and avoid targeting the hospitals or coffee shops. And we know that's not true. But the fact that he's calling these ambassadors, calling the United States America and saying, get your people out or we're going to blast them, that is a level of brazenness that almost know that no other administration has been subject to. The Russians did not call even Joe Biden for all of his impotence, for all of I think his projected weakness. The Russians did not call Joe Biden and say, you better get your people out of here else. We're going to blast them. Even they knew that Biden would have been like, yeah, this isn't what you, you don't get to do this to the United States. Sorry, buddy, right? Even Obama, I actually thought Obama, probably, well Obama just gave Putin Crimea. So, but even Obama, they had to go, they had the good sense to not call and threaten him. Only the Trump administration seems to be able to be threatened to their face and exhibit total submission, like a fucking laptop. It's like my mother-in-laws, six pound, absolutely brain-dead dog.
