Putin: USA Must Evacuate It's Kiev Embassy OR ELSE! [0:00-5:04]
Vladimir Putin has ordered European and American diplomats to leave Kiev as he prepares strikes on what he calls decision-making centers. But the reality might be a lot less dramatic and it might actually be a sign that things aren't going so hot for the rescues. Let's talk about it. Okay. So, one, do check and make sure you're still subscribed, guys, or subscribe if you haven't been. The YouTube algorithm has shifted in ways I don't fully yet understand, but it does help. So Vladimir Putin here has issued a dire warning, urging foreign residents and diplomats to leave Kiev as it threatens more strikes. Now you might recall that yesterday, it did a big scary warning that, watch out, we're going to throw work going all out on Kiev. And it was definitely a large number of cruise missiles and notably a Russian IRBM and a Russian missile. But this is, while symbolically powerful, a lone ballistic missile does not actually confer strike capabilities that you couldn't get from a comparable number of cruise missiles. They didn't actually launch larger warheads, though admittedly ballistic missiles are much, much harder to reliably intercept. But the following day, Russia has told foreign citizens and diplomats living in Kiev to leave the city warning that it plans to launch more strikes on the Ukrainian capital and its quote, decision-making centers. Later on Monday, Sergey Lavrov urged the United States directly to evacuate its diplomats from its embassy in Kiev during a phone call with Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The Russian Foreign Ministry's write-up said, quote, Sergey Lavrov do attention to a Russian foreign ministry statement from 25 May, which recommended the United States, along with other states with missions in Kiev, ensure the evacuation of their diplomatic personnel and other citizens from the Ukrainian capital. Now, this, I want to point out that the massive wave of missile and drone strikes against Kiev, I mean, killed too, which the right number of people who are killed in missile strikes should be zero. But, too, as a result of a direct ballistic missile strike on Ukraine's largest city is not actually all that impressive, right, particularly given that the Russian armed forces are, again, targeting civilian infrastructure. Now they claim, quote, the strikes will target decision-making centers and command posts, and this is what they call, they're starting to launch system-act strikes against Ukraine's military industrial facilities in Kiev. Now, as a sign of defiance, a lot of European ambassadors are actually visiting the sites of the strikes, and I think this is a sign of the reality on the ground here. And before I mention that, I want to mention guys that if you haven't become a member of combat that news, please do so. I understand that, you know, I speak truth to power, and sometimes that cost me views, that cost me corporate sponsors, I do not care. I don't care how powerful the countries that I speak out against are. I don't care what their botnets or their hackers can do. I'm going to keep doing it, and that's because I have you guys. I've been booted off Patreon. That's why I created combat news. It's hosted by me directly. There is no corporate intermediary. And of course, you can access all the videos that are on YouTube there for free, but also you can become a member and get access to members only content, including breakdowns of some of the most dramatic combat videos, including the just today. We saw what is probably one of the most shocking and disturbing videos that we've covered, not because it's graphic per se, but because it depicts Hezbollah, a basically non-states terror group, employing FPV fiber optic drones to absolutely devastate Israeli defense forces, and seeing that capacity demonstrated in HD video is a troubling sign for professional militaries everywhere. So if you want that kind of analysis, become a member, combatvenews.com. The link is right there in the description. Okay, so what I think, if there's a takeaway here, it's that 70 ambassadors are visiting these strikes, which included the sites of strikes, including homes, residential buildings, and a market. And again, they talk about how a lot of these vendors were extremely heartbroken, have their shops destroyed. And very clearly the message is transparent that these were likely not decision-making centers
