(born in March 2021).1 Mother has struggled with homelessness since 2015 and has had prior interactions with the Indiana Department of Child Services (“DCS”). On June 12, 2023, DCS filed a petition alleging that the Children were CHINS due to Mother’s housing insecurity, current homelessness, and inability to meet the needs of the Children.
