(“Father”) in January 2018. 2 In December 2022, the Department of Child Services (“DCS”) received a report that Mother and the Child were homeless. DCS arranged for Mother and the Child to stay at a shelter. Mother, however, left the shelter with the Child, and when they were located, Mother tested positive for methamphetamine. DCS removed the Child from Mother’s care and placed the Child in the care of a relative.
