Among the people at Tishner’s home that day were Payton Wilson, Mikey Allen, and the defendant, Harris. Allen and Harris were sitting on a couch in the back yard. At some point, Wilson told Harris that Harris needed to leave because Harris “d[id]n’t belong there.” Tr. Vol. II p. 144. Harris then stood up and shot Wilson multiple times.
