Collet woke up when his cats ran through his bedroom and a small dog, which he had never seen before, began to lick his face. Collet heard his son ask someone, “Who are you?” Tr. Vol. II p. 13. Collet then ran out of his bedroom and saw a strange man, later identified as Munoz, standing in his kitchen. Startled, Collet repeatedly asked Munoz what he was doing in the apartment.
