On February 12, 2024, the Department of Child Services (“DCS”) met with Parents at the hospital. Parents denied methamphetamine use but admitted to using marijuana. Parents, however, tested positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine, and Father also tested positive for THC. 1 Father claimed that a co-worker must have put methamphetamine into his liquor bottle.
