Inside the house, the officers found drug paraphernalia and fentanyl. Walston was at this house when the officers arrived. Accordingly, on December 21, 2023, the State charged Walston with visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor. On March 14, 2024, Walston entered into an agreement with the State in which she agreed to plead guilty in the present case.
