Harris was approaching a red light next to a Marathon gas station when she heard a gunshot. Harris looked toward the gas station and saw two men near the driver’s side of a parked vehicle. Harris saw one of the men firing a gun into the vehicle. Harris heard multiple gunshots and watched as the two men ran away. Harris drove into the gas station parking lot and approached the parked vehicle.
