On August 12, 2021, in Cause No. 62C01-2108-JD-235 (“Cause No. 235”), the
State alleged that G.D. was delinquent for committing acts that would
constitute the following offenses if committed by an adult: Count I, burglary, a
Level 5 felony; Count II, theft, a Class A misdemeanor; Count III, criminal
trespass, a Class A misdemeanor; and Count IV, criminal mischief, a Class B
misdemeanor. The delinquency petition alleged that G.D.
