Education - As enacted, requires, beyond the 2023-2024 school year, each LEA and public charter school to provide each high school senior the opportunity to take nationally recognized assessments if the assessments meet certain criteria. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6 and Chapter 439 of the Public Acts of 2023.
