Motor Vehicles - As introduced, requires a driver who holds a valid commercial driver license to be present behind the wheel of the lead commercial motor vehicle traveling in a platoon, rather than behind the wheel of each commercial motor vehicle traveling in that platoon. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 54 and Title 55.
