Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, requires LEAs and public charter schools to strive to employ school personnel in a manner that fairly represents the racial and ethnic composition of the student body for the school to which such personnel are assigned. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21; Title 8; Title 49 and Title 50.
