Financial Institutions, Dept. of - As enacted, authorizes banks chartered by the state, and certain savings institutions chartered by the state, with the approval of the commissioner of financial institutions, to generally sell or transfer all, or substantially all, of their assets and liabilities to certain financial entities under certain conditions. - Amends TCA Title 45.
