Utilities, Utility Districts - As introduced, authorizes a water system or wastewater facility to submit to the water and wastewater financing board by the first day of the system or facility's fiscal year an annual report in an electronic format. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7; Title 65 and Title 68.
