Solid Waste Disposal - As enacted, requires the solid waste disposal fee imposed by Wayne County, or a municipality or solid waste authority in Wayne County, to be subject to the same penalty and interest as delinquent property taxes if not paid within 30 days after notice of such fee is mailed. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 211, Part 8.
