Environment and Conservation, Department of - As enacted, establishes a "brownfield redevelopment area fund" to be used by the department to administer a brownfield redevelopment area grant program; creates a franchise and excise tax credit equal to the remediation costs for a brownfield property for a qualified development project in a tier 3 or tier 4 enhancement county; makes other related revisions. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 53, Part 3; Title 9, Chapter 23; Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 20 and Title 68, Chapter 212, Part 2.
