A red vehicle with several individuals inside pulled up behind her, blocking her in, and a “lighter-skinned black male” armed with a handgun approached her driver side window. Tr. Vol. II p. 197. Another man stood on the passenger side of Turner’s vehicle. The man by the driver’s side window pointed the gun at Turner and demanded that she surrender the SUV.
